Full Time Music Therapist- Greater Cincinnati Area

Serving individuals and groups at Keys For Success clinic locations and in community settings throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

Hours: Full-time position, 30-40 hours per week based on therapist preference

Qualifications: Applicant must be a board-certified music therapist who is licensed in the state of Ohio with reliable transportation.

Keys for Success is an established music therapist-owned company based in Cincinnati, OH with a team of more than 10 music therapists. Music therapists on our team lead one-on-one and group sessions for individuals of varied ages and abilities throughout the greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana region. Services are provided at Keys for Success clinics in Batesville, IN, Lawrenceburg, IN, and Blue Ash, OH and various community settings throughout the tristate region.

Applicants for the position must possess self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to independently manage a caseload, accomplished documentation skills, advocacy and leadership skills, and a passion and eagerness to help individuals achieve goals through the medium of music as well as be an engaged team member who upholds our collaborative culture and values.

Job requirements include: completing initial assessments and treatment plans, providing ongoing weekly individual and group sessions, completing weekly documentation and quarterly reports, attending Keys for Success’ team and supervision meetings, innovating and creating new program offerings, and active participation on interdisciplinary teams.
